BRIDAL CONTRACT 

Bookings: To secure a date, a signed bridal contract and deposit are required. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit will be applied to the remaining balance. The remaining balance will be due the day BEFORE services.

Consultations: Consultations are available for the bride, bridal party, etc.. 

Travel Fee: $50 travel fee will be added to all bookings. If the client is more than an hour away additional fees will be added.

Lodging: If services are needed before 7am, overnight lodging may be required, depending on location.

Parking Fees: Where parking, valet, or toll fees may be incurred. This amount will be included in the final bill and will be due on the day of the event before mua leaves.

Liability: All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between each client. Any allergies and/or skin conditions are to be reported to the artist prior to application. If need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the artist(s) from liability for any and all types of allergic reactions. 

Satisfaction Guaranteed: Makeup will be completed to the client's satisfaction.

Payment: The final payment will be due by the day before the event as one payment. The person responsible for the entire balance is the person who has signed the contract. Balance (including any parking fees, valet, etc) must be paid in full before makeup artist leaves the job, no exceptions.  

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made 60+ days prior to your reserved date or you will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. final count for makeup can not change 60 days before wedding date. you are to pay the full amount agreed upon in the contract. If any unforeseen events occur in which I have to cancel you will receive your deposit back in full. 

Minimum Policy: On location services requires a minimum of 4 clients. 

Clients under 12: One client under 12 (flower girl, etc.) will be free of charge. this includes minimal makeup: blush, lip gloss, mascara. if the client requests a full face it will be regular price.

Touch Ups: Regular touch ups will be done before makeup artist leaves for the day, if needed, this includes: lip touch up & fine details. If any additional touch ups are needed throughout the duration of the ceremony there will be an additional charge of $150 per hour, to be paid in advance.

Gratuity: 20% gratuity will be applied to all parties of 4 or more.

LATE FEES/MISSED APPOINTMENTS: Bridal party is to be on site and ready to go at scheduled time. if client is late by 30 minutes it will result in a $100 late fee. If anyone is not there for their scheduled time, they may have to miss their appointment and will still be charged the full amount. 

Assistant/additional artist fees:  parties of 8 or more will require an assistant. a second artist may be needed depending on the timeline. there will be an additional fee of $200 per required assistant/artist plus travel fees for assistants/artists. 

Please Note:

*All clients should have clean, makeup free skin. I have the right to refuse service to anyone showing any types of contagious rashes, infections (pink eye, etc.), or open wounds on the face. I can not work on grade 4 acne. 

*Please arrive on time in order to avoid any service conflicts. 

*COVID 19- I have the right to refuse service to anyone showing any signs/symptoms of COVID-19(fever, cough, sore throat, etc.). If for any reason you need to reschedule due to complications from the COVID-19 pandemic your deposit will be rolled over to a new date. There will be no increase in price for services for the new date. Travel fees may increase depending on location. If I am unavailable for the new date you will be refunded your deposit in full. 

*Contract is NOT valid until deposit is received and contract is signed by BOTH parties.
